I think this does it for me and the yoga feats. Phew! Timing yoga was more stressful than I expected. Looking forward to just thinking about breathing again. Good luck with your timing!

No problem. I used to do 5 minutes headstand and 5 minutes shoudlerstand every day. Perhaps I should resume this.

I counted to 72. I think that's about a min at my counting rate being about a sec a little faster etc. the video saved me!
