weight lifting

good morning!

This was the best kind of morning: I woke up to gray skies, but by the time I left the gym the sun was shining and everything had blued right up.

I'm playing catch-up with my strength program this week, so the plan was to lift easy this morning. Here's the workout log:

-Warm-up: used a 12# medicine ball for 3 rounds of ten (each) swings, good mornings, twists.

april flu's day

first day back at the gym after a weekend of rugby and stomach flu. the only easy thing was pull-ups (i dropped about 5lbs while sick, yikes!).
