Unsweetened Feat--almost there!
This challenge has been...difficult. Avoiding sweetned stuff is pretty difficult, especially this time of the year. However, the feat isn't has hard as I thought it would be. It's almost as if because I don't allow myself any sweets at all, I have the mental ability to simply say no to sweet/sweetened foods.

SW-e-AT and feats update
I think the SW-e-AT creators must have looked in my fridge and found what foods I have to help me out! I had created a bok choy, pea shoot and tofu stir fry the other night and brought it as leftovers today for lunch (speaking of which, I completed the brown bag feat officially yesterday). I also have a nifty squeezy ball at my desk which I use to release tension in my hands.
