What Fun!
"So, we made hula hoops a week ago, and well, they pretty much rock. If you haven't made one yet, you should. Here's a link. We haven't gotten them all decorated yet, more like an understated black, but what fun. Keep them handy while you're doing other things. For instance, around here, it's been droughty and I've been trying to keep some young trees alive. So, I was hooping while watering the trees. Oh yeah. Count it." — Craig B., today, 6:30 A.M.

Increasing My Energy and Boosting My Mood
"Though I haven't seen huge weight loss yet from my walking and lack of pop intake, I have seen an increase in my energy. Walking no longer seems like a chore, but a welcome part of my day. The time I have spent outside has also improved my mood greatly." — Robbie B., today, 9:50 A.M.

A Glorious Return To Bikram
"Last night I made a glorious return to Bikram Yoga for the first time since the end of April. mmmmmmm. I had missed it. My body had missed it... Getting back felt amazing. I was comforted by the familiarity, yet the challenge of it all. I left feeling mentally and physically better, and more positive and relaxed. Theres something about how exhausted, yet invigorated I feel after a class." — thefatbridesmaid m., today, 8:50 A.M.

My Triceps Are Still Twitching
"I guess the rain brings everyone indoors and to straight angel's chisel class. we were packed in there like sardines! it felt like there wasn't enough space but we were still able to do an endless amount of bicep curls, squats, overhead presses, pushups and leg lifts. i think my triceps are still twitching." — CJ, yesterday, 10:50 P.M.

Just A Couple Of Meals And You Feel So Much Better
"To kick off my renewed commitment, I’m doing a general overhaul of my by now rather mediocre eating and workout habits. As of last night I’m back to paleo, piling up on the veggies, upping my protein to pre-Germany levels, and I cut out all added sugars and grainy carbs. It’s funny how just a couple meals that way, have made me feel SOOOOOO much better & more motivated!" — meret a., today, 11:05 A.M.

No More Hoping And Praying
"The jeans that the skinny woman I worked for gave me last year at my thinnest are now slightly baggy. These jeans—which I haven't been able to wear for awhile—were my "SEE, I wear a thin woman's jeans" pants when I felt bad about my weight. I can't even describe how amazing I think that is, that there is no more hopping and praying that they will button, just sliding on, comfort and ease." — Maggie H., yesterday, 11:30 P.M.

Doing The Cowboy Walk
"Wow — I cannot believe that Parkour left me like an invalid. I didn't think I'd be sore at all. It's like I've never jumped in my life or something....I hope that tomorrow I can walk down stairs without doing the cowboy walk." — Sassletics W., yesterday, 12:30 A.M.

The Color Me Badd Treadmill Workout
"Five Weeks to 10K. Week four! Wow. Almost there! Yesterday I did my five miles on the treadmill due to the pouring rain in New York.... It wasn't so bad. Even watching the club's in-house music-video mix wasn't as bad as I thought (my iPod battery had died! This seems to be a theme). Surprisingly, 'All 4 Love' by Color Me Badd is kind of a good workout song." — Kari W., today, 9:45 A.M.

Two Miles In The Rain!
"Up early this morning - 2 miles in the rain! Started a little faster than I should've and tried to keep up the pace, so it wasn't a walk in the park even though it was a short one. And did crunches on the porch when I was done. I love starting the week with a little sweat!" — Rahree M., today, 10:45 A.M.
