Mondays spill into Tuesdays. EW.
I've been so bogged down with work. I didnt have any morning workout and it effected my whole day. I felt really unmotivated to go to the gym but I went anyways. Its strange how easily I can lose momentum. After light gossip before class I was feeling a bit better and actually learned something in Kali class. Enter contradas on a broken four and break out on a broken two.

4 hours of Kali for the Pekiti Tirsia seminar. Holy take downs and arm locks. Fun class and got to use my own rubber knife. HA! I'm about to buy really cool eye protection too. Just gotta tape up my sticks so they don't splinter.

Meditating among treadmills and padwork.
I skipped my run before Yoga but thorougly enjoyed my yoga class and for once was not sweating buckets. Went back to the gym for and early Muay Thai class and then Kali. We had a guest instructor which was fun. Then I taught yoga to my friend...we couldn't find a quiet place in the gym so we had to do it in the middle of the cardio area behind the assisted pull up machine! So funny.

Knee pains. :(
Taught yoga in a flower shop in Crowne Heights. Kinda coool. Maybe it'll become a regular thing. Went to the gym for Kali and then Muay Thai. Did a different run. Tried to do intervals but my knee was bothering me. So I did a steep incline then and easy pace.

Throwing old guys to the mat, as usual.
I got to the gym later than I wanted so I didnt reach my 3 miles. 2.5 and then Yoga. Made my kettlebell soreness feel so much better. And uhm...where has everyone been in Amrit's Yoga class? Its been soo empty the last few weeks and today it was back to the mat to mat crowdedness! People fighting for space again!

Shoot didn't do my pull-up training.
Morning run went ok, though I did an easy one. Yoga was GREAT but I was beating myself up for not doing pull-ups and not having anyone to help me.
Kali was an easy knife drill though I need to get better foot work as always. Muay Thai class -padwork.

A little of everything.
I didn't do enough Yoga last week and my body really suffered because of it. Feeling crunchy and sore. Back muscles all locked up. So today I decided to go back to one of my fav yoga classes at Atmananda. Glad I did. I can do the sequence on my own but I think I don't hold poses for as long as I think I am holding them. Either way its a totally different experience all together.

Running with Angel aka David Boreanaz is over.
I got to the gym early enough to do a good run, but my body refused. :( I couldn't talk myself into staying on the treadmill even after I'd already gotten on. And come to find out the tv's at crunch no longer have TNT? This is a problem as I always watch Angel during my runs! WAAAAH.

I stayed up too late with BC since he was drying out for his fight. Woke up early to help him prepare his fight stuff. Like first aid stuff, post-weigh-in food, and recovery stuff. Then hit the gym for Kali, Muay Thai and then another Aerial Silks class.

Started my day out with a boring but free Yoga class at lululemon. Eh just wasn't feeling it today. Kali class was working on knife and stick drills. Then Muay Thai pad work + a bit of clinch.
