12ish leftover borscht (about a cup – seriously, I served it in a low ball glass)

2ish apple

7:30-8 ish a few candy corn

8:30 salmon (with mayo/sour cream/mustard sauce); green beans; roasted potatoes (with extra sauce); glass of wine

final flog, 14th workout

this morning i woke up and was at the gym before daybreak. impressive, especially since my bed was so warm and cozy! i did 30 minutes on the elliptical (3 miles) in interval mode at level 4 followed b 20 minutes of upper body weights (2 sets of 10 reps)

The Accidental Feat

Ever since I gave up soda this month, staying off caffiene has been surprisingly easy.  I don't often have coffee, mainly because there's no Starbucks on the way to work and I'm a coffee snob.  So much to my surprise, I was on day 6 of no caffiene when I realized, holy crap, I've almost accomplished my first feat!  All it took was one more day of doing what I was already doing an
