I am and Tuesday I will have a new focus. But for now you are going to have to deal with it.
This one was done with decending sets of 15, 12, 9, 6, 3. In between I used the ab crunch chair for 25 reps. Total reps 350.

The session with Mike was interesting. I started the silence feat in the morning and everyone at work knew it. Mike used this as an opportunity to talk as much shit as humanly possible. We started out with a warmup run on the treadmill at 6.4. I was tired from the half century and he was like "You shouldn't be tired.

The Half Century Bike Ride - Expresso Style
Due to some scheduling issues I was left a huge gap of time in the morning before a session with Mike so I decided to use the expresso bike to knock out the 50 mile bike ride. My strategy was simple 45 minutes on 15 minutes off. Roughly 10 miles each time. Except on the last set because I took 25 minutes off before starting because at that point my legs felt ready to fall off.

Keeping with the 300 rep theme. I split my own workout with a back workout that Mike asked me to do. I wanted to do four full sets of each routine but time was not my friend this morning. So I ended up doing two of each.

Building James Bond part 1 - See you from my spy plane baby...
I'm more Austin Powers than James Bond. Had my session with Mike today and he started out with sprints. At one point he began to chide me for stopping. "He was like if you want to look like James Bond you can't stop like this." The truth is Lee's client a tall skinny blonde was working in the same area.

Running and a 300
Went for the 7am run with MSH258. It was good we added another 1/4 mi to the run. Afterward we spent some time with a foam roller and then I did another 300 rep workout. This time it was 3 sets of 5 exercises with descending reps. The kettlebell made an appearance today as well...

After the Zog tournament - to be more specific the after party at the bar my body went into full revolt so I took the week off to recover.
I decided that my new focus should be straight vanity. I want the gentleman spy look. Lean sleek and muscular.
I did a simple 300 rep workout. 2 sets of 5 exercises 30 reps each.

Feats of Summer Challenge - If the Bad News Bears were a football team...
they would be called the Slumdog Stimulators. This ragtag band of athletes managed to go 1 and 2 at yesterdays Zogsports Summer Classic despite losing several original members of the team. The first game we lost 30-6. We had trouble adjusting to the zone at first and we got burned on a few key plays. The second game we lost 40-6.

The reason I like my job is that I work with a competitive sort and with that there is always a whole bunch of shit talking. Today Mike decided to try me against defenders in the rain. So I lined up against Eric and Lee who were playing zone. Now to give you a little Cadoogan history I am about 6'2 and 225lbs. That being said I am the runt in my family.
