Winter and sore shoulders SUCK(!) my left toe
Tu. No morning workout. Evening workout: circuit at Tabor, 60 minutes. I did lots of extra cardio to keep warm...the hall was so flippin' icy cold.
I've been pretty slack for a few days. My right shoulder is still giving me some grief. The rains have discouraged me from doing anything outdoors. :(

Despite the rain....
Tu. Shockingly cold and wet this morning. Great timing to test my Under Armour...pass. I stayed pretty warm and comfortable...as long as I was running. Walking...well, I did feel a bit chilly. Five-minute walk, 20-minute run, 10-minute walk=35 minutes.
Evening workout: Tabor circuit, 60 minutes.
Workout
Rain, rain, rain
Intended to do a stimulating workout on my MTB this morning, but low and behold rain falleth over the entire area. So, not to be deterred, I jumped in the car and headed to the fitness center for an alternative workout. There, I pushed myself to exhaustion with a strenuous circuit training session to make up for missing out on a stimulating ride.

french: the language of...circuit training
I'm a big fan of podcasts these days. I've just started up again with the French Podclass. I usually listen to each class about 5 times before I move on to the next episode, and figure it can't hurt my memory skills just to listen even if it doesn't get my undivided attention.&nbs
