FEATS

These may be lame, but these are my personal feats I've been working with...

20 pushups/crunches/calf raises/squats (each) every day - I've been raising the number for a few months.

Run a mile without having to stop and walk to catch my breath.  Once I accomplish that, I will move up to two miles.

Be able to wear out my dog.

Also, personally, this summer I am going to lose another 10 pounds (I've lost 30 this year!) and fit like a dream into my wedding dress in September.
