Feat: Paleo-licious!

I wanna preach the Paleo gospel! Seeing the amazing changes mentally and physically (uhm...remember my last doctor's visit?!), I propose a 2-week paleo challenge (though, I really think it would be more fun to make a month-long challenge). For two weeks, follow the basic principles of the Paleo / Primal way of eating.

Focus on quality sources of protein (all forms of meat, fowl, fish), lots of colorful vegetables, moderate amounts of fruits (mostly berries), and healthy fats (nuts, avocados, olive oil). Eliminate grains, legumes, all added sugars, trans- and hydrogenated fats from your diet.
