Beach Yoga in Jamaica with Yoga High

  • What: A week of two-a-day yoga classes on the beach in Jamaica, with "7 minutes in heaven" during every class, where you work on whatever you want with hands-on assistance.

  • Where: Jake's Hotel in Treasure Beach, Jamaica
  • Why: Mel and Liz's studio gets rave reviews from hip Lower East Side yogis (their musical taste, in particular, gets special shout outs). Jake's is artsy and luxe at the same time. And the retreat includes lots of little touches like bonfires and drumming that add a little flair to the usual stunning beach paradise routine (in case that's getting old for you....)

Oh,man. A little vitamin D and yoga is so tempting right now! But I'm trying to decide between Mexico and London in March. If I go to london I could shhot for the ABBA gig! So many things to consider.
