Unsweetened Feat--almost there!

This challenge has been...difficult. Avoiding sweetned stuff is pretty difficult, especially this time of the year.  However, the feat isn't has hard as I thought it would be. It's almost as if because I don't allow myself any sweets at all, I have the mental ability to simply say no to sweet/sweetened foods.

I have really felt a difference in my appetite and how I feel during this week.  I think afterwards, I'm going to do the No S approach to sweets--only have sweets (occasionally) on weekends and special occasions.  Otherwise, nope!  (And not everything is a special occasion, so...)

I'm 8/10 on the SW-e-AT challenges (I did Friday's ginger face challenge!).
