Traveling + Workouts (& Copenhagen tips?)
A friend of mine talked me into a last-minute fare deal to Copenhagen for Memorial Day weekend (!!). I am a pretty flexible work-out-er since I mainly run and do yoga, and w/ the jet lag and the short trip I won't have that much of an opportunity to exercise there aside from city walking/biking. Unless you guys can inspire me...
a) what are your favorite ways to exercise while traveling? In the right places, the early morning run is mine for sure: getting to see a foreign city, maybe a preview of tourist stops to come during the day. I also like going to yoga classes in faraway places, but so far I have never done yoga outside of the US, and don't think I could quite handle it in a foreign language (though I suspect there might be something in the permanent-commune-squat-ish Christiana in Copenhagen).
which gets me to
b) if any of you have any specific experience w/ Copenhagen, do tell! (workout related or not-- food, art, design, fun are all on the agenda)

walking, biking, and burpees...I travel a lot as well and find I usually end up doing these three things over and over again. When all else fails, 100 burpees for time will kick my ass most efficiently and let me get on with my vacationing in peace.
