Day Seven: Stepping Is My Friend
I love starting off my workout routine with step aerobics. It really gets me going.
Tonight I did that, some light boxing, and yoga. I've found some yoga positions that don't make me want to shoot myself.
I really would like to incorporate my workouts into the earlier parts of my day, but I'll take what I can get for now. During the day, schoolwork, my site, and the baby take up all of my time. I'm grateful for the 30 minutes I get every night.
Tomorrow? More aerobics, yoga, elliptical and crunches. Bring it on, day 8!

Oh my God. It's on;y day 7. Shoot me. (It's that time next week, and my overwhelming monthly exhaustion is starting to kick in.)
